By accessing or using the Nextgenfix platform, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
Account & Login
Users may browse the platform without logging in. However, login via OTP or social login may be required to place an order.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Orders
- Orders placed through the platform are subject to availability.
- Prices and menu items may change without notice.
- Orders may be cancelled if the product is unavailable or service cannot be fulfilled.
Payments
Payment Methods
Payments may be made using:
- UPI
- Debit/Credit cards
- Wallets
- In-app wallet
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Scheduling Orders
Users may schedule or pre-book orders. Nextgenfix reserves the right to modify delivery timing due to operational constraints.
Loyalty and Referral Programs
Nextgenfix may offer loyalty points, missions, and referral benefits.
These rewards:
- Have no monetary value
- May expire
- Can be modified or withdrawn at any time
User Conduct
Users must not:
- Abuse promotional offers
- Place fraudulent orders
- Misuse referral programs
- Harass delivery personnel
Limitation of Liability
Nextgenfix is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or external operational issues.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of Indian courts.
Account Deletion / Data Deletion Policy
Users may request account deletion directly from the app or by contacting support.
Once deletion is requested:
- Personal data will be removed from active systems
- Certain transactional records may be retained for legal or accounting purposes
- The deletion process may take up to 7 working days
