Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins.
• Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in case of:

• Incorrect items delivered
• Missing items
• Food quality concerns
• Orders cancelled by Nextgenfix

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or in-app wallet.

Processing time: 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be issued if:

• Delivery fails due to incorrect address
• Customer is unavailable during delivery
• Order cancellation is requested after preparation begins
